Specialized Veteran Services

Meet
Josh Fisher & Charlie

I am Josh Fisher, the Veterans Service Coordinator, and I am also a disabled veteran with experience using home health services. Having had personal experience with home care workers coming into my home, I understand the importance of quality care. My goal is to provide veterans with the best in-home care possible.

I believe our services can provide veterans with the freedom and support they need. I can offer insights that most companies may not have by training our caregivers on the unique aspects of working with veterans in their homes.

Comprehensive Care and Support
for
Our Veteran Community

Our caregivers receive extensive and specialized training designed to ensure they are well equipped to understand and address the unique needs of our veteran community members. This training covers not only the essential skills required for providing high-quality care but also emphasizes the importance of sensitivity toward the distinct experiences and challenges that veterans and their families encounter in their daily lives.

To further bolster the quality of care, we maintain a robust partnership with the Veterans Affairs (VA) system. This collaboration enables us to offer personalized in-home assistance tailored specifically to the needs of veterans, ensuring that they receive the support necessary for their well-being. Our caregivers are trained to foster a nurturing and respectful environment, promoting independence and dignity while being attuned to the emotional and physical challenges veterans may face. By creating a supportive atmosphere, we help veterans navigate their daily routines, thereby enhancing their overall quality of life and providing peace of mind for their families.

Veterans returning from active duty face a unique set of challenges – especially if they have been injured. Following years of service and the resulting wear and tear on the body and mind, it is not uncommon for veterans to require assistance with activities of daily living. Fortunately for veterans and their caregivers, there are assisted living options that can help make the long-term care process smoother for all involved.
