The holiday season is a time for joy, reflection, and togetherness, and this year, Cardinal Comfort Care Cooperative truly embraced that spirit with our Very Merry Cooperative Christmas Party! It was an event filled with laughter, games, and a celebration of the unique bond we share as a cooperative, bringing together staff from all corners of the state.

This year’s festivities were made extra special thanks to our Executive Director and her partner, who put in an incredible amount of effort decorating the venue. The warmth and cheer they infused into the space set the perfect backdrop for an afternoon of fun. Our dedicated admin staff also stepped up, assisting throughout the day to ensure everything ran smoothly.

One of the highlights of the event was the playful spirit that permeated the room during our office games. Participants engaged in friendly competition while showcasing their creativity and camaraderie. We even had some fun awards to celebrate the season’s quirks – the coveted titles of “The Grinchiest” and “Most Like Santa” had everyone laughing and, of course, brought out our inner holiday cheer.

Aside from the games, we incorporated a Cooperative Learning Exercise that was both engaging and educational. This activity not only entertained but also reinforced our understanding of the cooperative model, fostering a deeper appreciation for what makes Cardinal Comfort Care special: our mutual support and shared mission.

As we gathered together, it was evident that the strength of our cooperative lies in the relationships we’ve built. With staff attending from all over the state, the holiday party was not just a celebration of the year past, but a reaffirmation of our commitment to one another and to our goals moving forward.
